In brief
What works, what to weigh
+
Strengths
3 reasons to book- Metro literally at the doorstep — Kagran station on the U1 line is steps away, putting the city centre within easy reach.
- Quiet residential setting — The 22nd district is calm and residential, so rooms stay quiet despite the transport links.
- Clean and comfortable rooms — Guests consistently describe the rooms as clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities like air conditioning and flat-screen TVs.
–
Worth weighing
3 to weigh- Small rooms — Several guests note the rooms are compact, though they have everything needed for a short stay.
- Limited check-in window — Check-in is only between 14:00 and 20:00, so late arrivals may need to plan ahead.
- Repetitive breakfast — The continental breakfast offers the same selection each day, which may feel monotonous on longer stays.

8Verified guest“The location is excellent, just minutes from Vienna's biggest shopping mall. Nam Nam, a great dinner spot, is conveniently close. The standard double room has air conditioning and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.”
8Verified guest“The hotel was clean with consistently courteous staff. The bed was very comfortable, the room silent, everything was perfect. The location is marvellous and convenient, just steps from the underground station.”
8Verified guest“All services were excellent, the room was neat and quiet with a comfortable bed, walk-in shower, and continental breakfast.”
8Verified guest“Excellent location near the metro in a very quiet residential area. For tea or coffee, visit Nobauer Konditorei nearby. The brand-new standard double room had extremely comfortable beds, clean climate control, and good heating.”
8Verified guest“A funny experience: no English instructions for the room's safe deposit box, but the front desk lady was helpful. The front desk recommended a restaurant/café called The Falk nearby. The schnitzel (Vienna's national food) was nice, cheaper than in the city, and it's open 24 hours, 365 days, next to Kagran station.”
8Verified guest“Very clean rooms with great staff. Rooms are small but have everything you need for a weekend hotel.”
